It is located in Agia Pelagia, a seaside fishing village built in the centre of a picturesque amphitheatric bay, 23 km northwest from Heraklion capital city of the island of Crete and just 24 kilometres away from the airport. Lower level: 2 kiosks in the garden area.

The Villa is divided into two autonomous but at the same time connected (through the gym area) homes. Both of them are looking at the North side of Crete, at the Cretan sea. The Villa has been designed into a multi-level approach, which means that there are many levels-floors but all of them have either sea views or pool view or garden view.
