Block-Ferienhaus, Baujahr 1994, Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer mit zwei Betten, Schlafgalerie mit vier Betten, Umkleideraum, Waschraum, Sauna mit Holzofen, Terrasse. Hochwertiges Blockferienhaus befindet sich beim See Lavijärvi. Schlafgalerie ist so niedrig, dass eine erwachsene Person dort nicht stehen kann. Kanu zur Mitbenutzung mit dem Nachbarhaus «Ulpukka». Gute Angel- und Wintersportmöglichkeiten. Der Besitzer bereitet etwa 3 km Langlaufloipen beim Ferienhaus vor. Dies ist eine Anbindung zur Piste Räsävaara und zu anderen Pisten (in den Wochen 8-10). Vom Ferienhaus ist es 7 km bis zur beleuchteten Skipiste. Schneemobilstrecken sind in der Nähe des Ferienhauses. Das Satellitenfernsehen verfügt über Hunderte von Kanälen. Buchungen beginnen um 16:00 Uhr und enden um 12:00 Uhr (auch bei Wochenendbuchungen). In der Zeit vom 27.12.-12.1. ist die Endreinigung obligatorisch.
