Gorgeous villa with private swimming pool, deep in the green Umbrian countryside, with spectacular view over the surrounding hills. Located south from Perugia (32Km) at 400 mt asl, it features large outdoor and indoor spaces with maximum privacy, among which a secluded swimming pool and a veranda equipped with BBQ and garden furniture. The villa is arranged on two levels. On the ground entrance: large kitchen with two ovens, two refrigerators with freezers, big and bright dining room, spacious cozy living room. Night area is composed of two large double bedrooms, two bathrooms with bathtub and a closet. From the living room a flight of stairs will take you to the lower floor, composed of a recreational room with foosball, pinball machine, console, bathroom with shower, movie room with large screen, billiard room, music room, laundry room, one double bedroom, one bedroom with separate single beds, two single bedrooms and four bathrooms, two of which with shower and two with bathtub. The location of the house allows you to easily organize full or half-day excursions in the renowned Umbrian towns to get acquainted with the tradition, the culture and the history of this fascinating Region. Spoleto is approx. 42 Km away, home of the “Festival Dei Due Mondi”, Perugia at 32km, the regional capital with Etruscan marvels, Assisi at 37 Km, with the beautiful Basilica of San Francesco. Don’t miss the chance to see the famous Orvieto (60 Km), and witness the splendor of its Duomo or visit the underground town, especially the St. Patrick’s Well, 54 mt deep. For a romantic special occasion we suggest a walk along the Lake Trasimeno, approx. 43 Km away. The towns of Terrecotte and Bevagna are close by, at only 15 Km. Swimming pool available from the 1st May to the 30th September; earlier opening of the pool can be agreed upon request.
