The Kalmar Strait is only 30 meters away! Large windows provide a good view of the bay and the pier. The boat and the canoe at the dock are included in the rent, but are shared with 1283269. The large porch is partly under roof. The architect has taken care of inside a spacious feel, but it's still comfortable. The area is dominated by natural beauty, there are several beaches and good fishing grounds. The area is good for picking mushrooms. You can walk well and take on a mountain bike tours. Two quality mountain bikes can be rented if booked in advance, directly to the owner and at a fixed price per week per bike. The wheels are suitable for those with 160-175 cm and 175-190 cm and can be seen on one of the photos. Bicycle helmets, protective equipment are not included. Any damage to the bike must be repaired in Kalmar on its own costs. For a day trip Astrid Lindgren's World, Glass Factory and the Sommerstad Västervik are suitable. 20 km from the house is squid to find, it has an interesting history and close to Öland. In Kalmar you can eat, shop and find activities for all ages.
