The vacation home is located directly in the first row at the sport boat harbor of the harbor village Zerpenschleuse, between Berlin and the Werbellinsee. Even in the winter months, the harbor village Zerpenschleuse is always worth a visit. In the vacation home you can warm up again after a walk along the icy lake or through the snowy forests in front of the cozy crackling fireplace in the living room. Under the wellness shower in the spacious bathroom on the first floor it is also wonderful to relax. Here in the harbor village you can relax all year round and take a deep breath.
Next to the cottage village runs the Oder-Havel Canal, which crosses here with the Finow Canal, whose history goes back to the 15th century. Nestled in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers.
