The studio apartment for 3 people is located on the upper ground floor of the family house. The distance of the house from the town center and the beach is 1500 m. Near the house, only 200 m, there is a small shop with basic necessities for the locals, while larger shopping centers are about 900 m away. The studio consists of a covered terrace, living room, kitchen, dining room located in the same room, bathroom with shower. The surface of the terrace is 8 m2, and it is equipped with seating. In the living room there is a double bed and a sofa on which there is the possibility of an additional bed for one person. The tourist kitchen is equipped with dishes, kitchen towels, an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a refrigerator combined with a freezer. The studio is fully equipped with satellite TV, internet, air conditioning, washing machine. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Guests can use the electric grill in the yard. 1 parking space provided.
