Set among a green olive grove and surrounded by various species of flowers and fruit trees, slightly in the hills and in a panoramic position with wonderful views of the Gulf of Garda, Villa Rocca is the ideal place for a peaceful and romantic stay, in every season. The garden is equipped with parasol, table and chairs and has a barbeque. Internally (approx 120 square meters) the house consists of an entrance which leads to large dining room-living room with French-doors that open onto the surrounding green garden. The built-in kitchen, in typical Mediterranean style is equipped with 5 burners, oven, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice compartment; from the kitchen it is possible to access the garden directly, where one can relax or have breakfast under the shade of a century-old olive tree. From the entrance 9 steps up and there’ s the sleeping area where there is a bedroom with garden and olive trees view, a bedroom with lake view, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath / shower. On request a folding bed for a child can be added in the downstairs room. Within easy reach of Garda, where there are shops, restaurants and pizzerias, Villa Rocca is also an ideal starting point for wonderful walks or long hikes, on foot or by bicycle.
