Country house "Casa la Selvolina", detached, renovated, surrounded by trees. 5 km from the centre of Roccastrada, in a secluded position, in the woods. Private: property (fenced), natural garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase.
