This bright and cozy wooden house is located between water and meadow in the port village Zerpenschleuse in Brandenburg near the Schorfheide. The house is located on the marina overlooking the water while watching the boats. Due to the southern orientation you can enjoy the sun from early morning until evening.

The large terrace and the garden with comfortable lounge chairs invite for sunbathing and barbecues. A barbecue is available for you. After excursions to one of the nearby lakes (5 km) or longer bike rides can be found in the garden rest and relaxation.

The house is modern and comfortably furnished in Scandinavian style for 4 guests. By laid in the living / dining area oak flooring, the high-quality interior of the house is emphasized. From the large, bright shower room with views on the meadow and the port village wanders far into the distance.
