Two bedrooms apartment in attic with terrace and magnificent sea view
The detached house, recently renovated and coloured is located on a quite busy street only 500 m from the old town and just 10 minutes walk to the beach. It is built on a rock as the whole town is, that enables having an amazing view of the islands in front of the town's harbour.
The apartment is about 60 m2 in size and comprises the folowing rooms, the living room is between the bedrooms. It has completely equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, dicshwasher and dining area. The living area also has a flat satellite TV and possibility to go to the terrace with the garden furniture. The living area on the terrace enables our guests to have breakfast or dinner there. The sleeping room has a closet and a very comfortable double bed. The other sleeping room has a desk with a chair suitable for working on laptop and a sofa which is for two persons (160 cm width). The bathroom is quite big, with two basins, shower, bath tub, bidet and wc. There is a separate space for the washing machine.
There is an own terrace with garden furniture. The guests can use the common grill, but it is located in the courtyard of the house on the groundfloor. There is garage on the street suitable for two cars of normal size.
There is a free WF in the apartment. The tourist tax is included in the price. There is a free parking place for your car in the street which is mostly occupied but we have a garage where you can park your car for 6 Euros per day.
The final cleaning has to be paid 60 Euros per stay. If you bring a pet with you we charge that 6 Euros per day.Also, upon arrival you are kindly asked to pay 150 Euros for a securitiy deposit which is to be returned if no damage was made.
The beach is 500m far from the house and the old town with its famous restaurants is in 500 m reach. The old fortress can be seen from the terrace and it is usually a place of many performances like concerts or ballet shows. Supermarkets are mostly outside the town and the nearest is only 1000 m far. But there are bakeries and grocery shops only 100 m far from the house.
