In a quiet residential area, there are three houses, connected to each other in the quarter, which are grouped around a central square. The houses are embedded in a beautiful, spacious, barrier-free garden. In the building at Johann-Sebastian-Bach-Straße 41, which is equipped with an elevator, there are senior private apartments for assisted living and office space for your contact persons as well as all of our 5 holiday apartments. All apartments are barrier-free and therefore ideally suited for people in need of care and their relatives. If necessary, our outpatient care service and help can be arranged for you by our own neighborhood help. Please contact us directly for this. In the immediate vicinity there is also a children's playground for younger travelers, which invites them to run around. You are also welcome to bring your dog with you to the holiday apartment after prior notification. We charge a small fee for this. The apartments are around 700 meters from the city center and the St. Georgen train station is around 1.8 kilometers away. St. Georgen in the Black Forest is a small mountain town with around 13,000 inhabitants. In the nearby city center there are various shops as well as restaurants, cafés, museums and its own theater. The tourist information is also located in the city center, where you can find extensive information about the various regional and national leisure activities. St. Georgen is well connected to the long-distance transport network and therefore offers the opportunity to visit larger cities such as Villingen-Schwenningen, Konstanz, Karlsruhe, Basel (Switzerland), Freiburg im Breisgau, Ulm and Baden-Baden. With the "Konus guest card" you can use public transport in the holiday region free of charge.

The large and modern apartment is designed in a cozy, open-plan style. In the sleeping area you will find two single beds placed side by side (1 nursing home bed and 1 normal bed). A sofa bed in the living area also offers sleeping accommodation for another person. All entrances to the apartment are barrier-free and therefore ideally suited for wheelchair users. The apartment has its own terrace, which can be reached via the living area as well as the sleeping area. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a comfortable bathtub. In the kitchenette you will find cooking facilities and a microwave as well as a dishwasher. A coffee pad machine is also available. The use of a washing machine and / or condenser dryer is possible after consultation. A travel cot for children up to 2 years of age can be provided upon request. In principle, we do not charge any extra fees for children up to 16 years of age. Bringing a pet is allowed by arrangement. There is a one-time fee for this. Please indicate this in advance when booking. If you would like to bring your own bike, you can also park your car free of charge.
