The harbor village Zerpenschleuse is located in the north of Brandenburg, between water, meadows and forests. Around the lake and its sport boat harbor, the Scandinavian-style vacation homes are grouped.

There are two separate bedrooms. On the open gallery there is another sleeping possibility. Due to the panoramic windows it is especially bright and friendly here and you can see the harbor. For your comfort on vacation, there is an air conditioner in both bedrooms, which cools on hot summer days. On particularly cold winter days it serves as additional heating.

In the living room on the first floor you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fire of the fireplace stove. On warm summer days, the open terrace with high-quality garden furniture, a large parasol as well as a sun sail offers a wonderful place to relax. Here you can have a leisurely breakfast and prepare delicious meals with the high-quality grill. Another terrace behind the house invites you to linger in the evening at sunset and offers a wide view over meadows and fields.
For your entertainment, a Bose Bluetooth sound system, Apple TV, a Playstation 3 and various board games are available.

At this vacation home you have a private jetty at your disposal. Here you can moor your brought boat free of charge.

In addition to the filter coffee machine, the kitchen also has a Nespresso capsule machine and a Senseo pad machine (please bring your own capsules/pads).

In the immediate vicinity of the Zerpenschleuse harbor village are the Barnim Nature Park and the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. The village of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style mariners' houses.

In the harbor village Zerpenschleuse payment with EC card is not possible, please only cash payment.

The harbor village Zerpenschleuse is still under construction, so there may be construction activities in the neighborhood.
