Set just 800 m from the sea, in Novalja on Pag Island, Apartments Ivanov features a garden with barbecue facilities and self-catering apartments with a balcony or terrace. Guests can park for free at the private parking spot. All apartments feature free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a private bathroom with shower. They are also equipped with a desk, a seating area and satellite TV. The balcony or terrace overlooks the garden. The centre of Novalja is 850 m away. There, guests can find restaurants, bars, shops and other night time entertainment. The centre of Novalja also features a seaside promenade. Various excursions to the surrounding islands are organised in the centre. The famous Zrće Beach, centre of nightlife on the Croatian coast, can be reached in 2 km. Regional centre, Zadar, is 75 km away. The bus station is 400 m away, while the nearest airport is Zadar Airport, 80 km away. The balcony is equipped with a seating area and is covered. There is a charcoal grill in the courtyard. Near the grill is a seating area with a large outdoor meal table.

The apartment is approximately 38 m² in size and consists of a living room, a flat-screen TV and a double sofa bed. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Next to it is a bedroom that includes a double bed. The bathroom with shower and sink is equipped with towels, toilet paper, various shampoos and a hairdryer.

The center of Novalja is 900 meters away. There are restaurants and shops there. You can rent a boat or go to another island with a boat. Beaches with clear sea are numerous and 900 m away. A bus stop is 250 m away.

There is no charge for use of the internet and air conditioning. Parking is provided in front of the house in the patio and is free of charge. A washing machine service is free of charge.
