The charming 3.5-room attic apartment with a living area of 90 m² is located in a single-family house and offers the perfect retreat for your vacation in the picturesque Upper Engadin. The apartment stands out for its sunny and very quiet location, making it ideal for fully enjoying the stunning mountain landscape. Shops and the nearest bus stop are within close proximity, ensuring flexibility and convenience.
The apartment is invitingly furnished with local Swiss stone pine wood and accommodates up to four adults. It features two cozy double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a dishwasher, oven, and coffee machine, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The living area is equipped with a television, radio, and telephone, and free Wi-Fi is available. The sunny balcony invites you to relax. Pets are welcome (for an additional fee). Furthermore, washing facilities in a shared laundry room with a dryer are available, as well as an outdoor parking space or underground garage parking (for an additional fee).

Whether on the 580km (360 miles) of hiking paths strewn over all the mountains or by mountain bike along 400km (250 miles) of fabulous trails: the Upper Engadin offers a superb network of paths and trails amidst an unspoilt Alpine landscape and the inspiring lake plateau. Three flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. However, culture lovers, romantics and bon vivants, too, will find a host of gems in and around Pontresina – such as a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the contrast-rich Val Roseg or a trip into the South on the Bernina Express. In winter, countless inspiring cross-country skiing routes and picturesque winter hiking paths through the enchanting landscape are a treat for all the senses. The Diavolezza ski area, a particular favourite among freeriders, is just a short distance away.
