In the centre of the completely fenced garden with lawn and fruit trees there is a pool (6x 12). Peaceful location. Parking within the grounds. The village of Otricoli (all kinds of shops), famous for its archaeological excavations of the Roman "Ocriculum", is 4 km away. The particularly favourable geographical position allows exploring the towns of Umbria (Todi, Spoleto, Assisi) and the towns of the Roman Tuscia (Latium) as Tuscania, Tarquinia, Viterbo, rich in Etruscan finds. Within a radius of 50 km there are the lakes of Piediluco, Bolsena, Bracciano and Vico. Rome is 65 km away. Ground floor: Spacious living / dining room with fireplace, billiard area, access to a furnished veranda. Large kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher and high fireplace for grilling) with access to the outdoor area. On the first floor: (accessed also via an external staircase), 4 double bedrooms, each with bathroom with shower, and a twin bedroom.
