Visit Borgholm Castle and the beautiful Solliden summer palace. Cycle along the 40 km cycle path in Böda Ecopark. Öland is incredibly flat and narrow and is known as a perfect cycling island. Here you can cycle to the sea from anywhere on the island! Sweden's highest lighthouse and the vast World Heritage-listed limestone expanse and heathland, Stora Alvaret, is well worth a visit. Drive your car over the six-kilometre bridge to Kalmar and discover the castle and other sights.
