Apartment Luciana is located on the ground floor of a private house in a quiet and low trafic neighborhood.
This 53m2 apartment has one double bedroom, one bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchen, dining/living room with sofa bed for two persons, bathroom with shower and terrace.
Parking near the house. Free aircondition, TV-SAT, free wifi, Washing machine.

Eletricity, gas, water, air condition, towels (2 per person),bedlinen, kitchenware, internet(WIFI),toilet paper, pat (only one), final cleaning.
Bed linen and towels are changed weekly.
Although it is not very far from the sea (800m) due to its hilly location I would recommend using a car for few minutes to get to the parking place near the beaches.
Distances:Sea/beach 800 m, Restaurant 600m, City center 700 m, local bus stop 500 m, main bus station in Labin (5km), train 60 km,
ferry 25km ( Brestova),airport 45 km ( Pula) and 95 km ( Rijeka).
