Fenced yard of 800 m2 with barbecue, jacuzzi, garden furniture, sun beds and umbrella will invite you to spend plenty of time outside and additionally fulfill your holiday impression.
Loborika is situated in the southern part of the Istrian peninsula near the city of Pula, known for its peaceful atmosphere, picturesque landscapes, and proximity to various natural and cultural attractions.
It is surrounded by many beautiful beaches that are easily accessible by car within 15 km drive, whether you want to go in the city of Pula or towards the wild country beaches...
The house is connected to another another holiday house, but both houses have separate entrances and fully fenced yards, so guests can enjoy full privacy.
House (36 m2) consists of:
-bedroom with double bed (160x200cm)
-kitchen (2 electrical cooking rings, filter coffee machine, refrigerator with freezing section, kettle, toaster, cooking utilities)
-living room with dinning area, SAT TV, air condition and sofa bed for 1 person
-bathroom (shower, hair dryer, washing machine)
-separate toilette (WC, washbasin)
-800 m2 of enclosed garden with BBQ, jacuzzi, garden furniture and children playground
-free parking on the property (enclosed) and in front of the house
General terms and conditions of provider
50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
