At your disposal is the large, beautifully maintained garden with a private pool where you can enjoy the sun on warm summer days. If you like barbecuing, there is a charcoal barbecue and a gas barbecue at your disposal. A few stairs lead from the garden to the ground floor of the villa, where you will find the cozy and spacious living room with SAT TV as well as the kitchen, equipped with only high-quality appliances, and the dining area. The ground floor has a view of the pool area, so you can relax in the living room and at the same time keep an eye on the youngest guests in the outdoor area. On the ground floor there is also one of the bedrooms with a private bathroom.
4 further bedrooms are on the second floor, each with its own bathroom so you can enjoy your privacy. If you are looking for some entertainment, table tennis, badminton and darts are available.
