Villa Elite 2 is a modern villa in Pula, near the sea. It has a private pool and can accommodate up to eight people in four bedrooms. It is a semi-detached villa and shares a wall with its sister villa Elite 1.

Although both villas share the fully fenced garden, each villa is a self-sufficient vacation home and has its own swimming pool, terrace and two parking spaces. Villa Elite 2 is located in the backyard, away from the road.

The first floor of the villa features a spacious, bright and airy open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen, as well as an additional bathroom.

The living area has enough space for all guests to enjoy their evenings together, and there is a TV where you can watch your favorite sports games or shows, or fire up the karaoke machine for pure fun.

There are four bedrooms on the second floor, all with en-suite bathrooms. There is a large terrace where you can enjoy your first cup of coffee or tea in the morning while watching the sun rise over the area. In the garden you have your own pool and sun loungers. Jump into the pool to refresh yourself on hot summer days and then relax on the loungers, work on that perfect tan and have a cold drink. There is a barbecue in the courtyard where you can prepare delicious meals and put your master chef skills to the test. You can enjoy them with your family or friends in the covered outdoor dining area. There is a children's playground behind the house, which is shaded during the day so your children can play there carefree. Villa Elite 2 is located on the outskirts of Pula. If you want, you can always go to the beach, explore the city and many sights or enjoy the diverse restaurant scene of Pula, the city of Pula is the largest city in Istria, a tourist destination on the coast that dates back to the Roman Empire. The city is full of historical sights, the most famous of which is the Arena. The gladiator arena from the first century, one of the best preserved to this day. The city of Pula has many good restaurants, many of which have a traditional and Mediterranean cuisine, famous for the world-famous Istrian truffles. If you want to explore the Istria region, the city of Pula is well connected with the surrounding area, so you can plan car excursions. We suggest that you also visit the towns of Rovinj, Porec, Groznjan and Motovun. You can reach the Brijuni National Park by boat. On the way to Rovinj, you can visit the Lim Channel, which is located on the western coast and is one of the most beautiful areas of the region that you must visit.

If you are traveling with a larger group, this villa can also be rented in combination with Villa Elite 1.
