Our country-style holiday home is located at 1,750m above sea level in the well-known summer + winter recreation area HEIDI ALM Falkertsee at house number 126. The upper floor of the holiday home is only used PRIVATELY. The cozy approx. 35m large VACATION APARTMENT in the basement is rented. The FEWO includes a separate entrance/anteroom, an open living/dining room with a pull-out sofa bed, satellite TV and an additional wood stove for cozy warmth. A bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a separate shower/toilet. In front of the FEWO you will find a cozy meadow/playground, wooden tables and a place to grill.
PLEASE note that the electricity consumption in the apartment is charged according to the counter (€ 0.45/kWh).
Please bring your own bed linen / sheets / towels / tea towels. Blankets and pillows are available.

Completely separate holiday apartment in the basement of our house, approx. 35 m² with anteroom, living/dining room, bedroom with 2 bunk beds, shower/toilet. You drive your car to the parking lot on the meadow in front of the apartment. Kitchen with crockery and pots - everything available.
