The pretty natural stone villa Marina des Trenc EMF209 is surrounded by a beautiful garden, which is characterised by its well-tended lawn and Mediterranean plants. The villa blends harmoniously into the overall picture with its green shutters. The centrepiece of this area is the aesthetic pool, which is slightly elevated and can be easily reached via a semi-circular staircase. On hot days, you can treat yourself to as much refreshment as you like in the 8 x 4 metre pool. You can relax and sunbathe to your heart's content on the sun loungers and perhaps switch off for a while and do nothing - after all, you are on holiday. If the sun is too strong, you can use a parasol. The garden also offers wonderful natural shade depending on the time of day. From the covered terrace, adults can easily keep an eye on the pool and the children splashing and swimming in it. The modern outdoor dining area allows you to start the day with a hearty breakfast overlooking the pool landscape and the deep blue sky. On warm summer evenings, you can prepare a delicious barbecue on the grill and perhaps savour the delicious fresh ingredients of the region. You can park your hire car in the shade under the awning.

There are several direct entrances to the house, one of which is from the terrace. This entrance leads directly into the friendly and bright kitchen, which is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine, kettle and much more. The combined living/dining room is located next door. Creatively coordinated colours and furniture create a particularly homely atmosphere, which is skilfully framed by the pretty terracotta tiles and the exposed beam ceiling. The couch corner, designed in blue tones, offers two sofas that provide excellent relaxation. Two classic rocking chairs round off the seating options. Here you can entertain yourself with a good book or a film, as the TV with satellite connection is installed on a TV bench with a clear view. Both bedrooms (one of which has its own bathroom) are individually and pleasantly simple in design. The absence of distracting accessories has a calming effect and sets the stage for a deep and restful sleep. Guests have a large bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 metres and two combined single beds measuring 0.90 x 2.00 metres at their disposal. The two luxurious bathrooms with natural light are both tasteful and functional. The rooms are equipped with irons and hairdryers, so you don't need to bring them with you. For larger groups travelling together, Marina des Trenc EMF209 can be booked together with the neighbouring properties EMF210 and EMF453.

Ses Covetes is a fairly small settlement with only around 80 inhabitants, not including the seasonal residents of apartment complexes and villas. The small settlement is part of the municipality of Campos. Locals say that the name of the village, the small caves, is due to the burial caves from the Mallorcan Talayotic era found nearby. The beautiful Platja ses Covetes, located between Es Trenc and Sa Rapita, is 300 metres long. There is parasol and deckchair hire as well as a beach bar and a kiosk. The pretty natural stone villa Marina des Trenc is located on a wonderfully rural plot surrounded by a Mediterranean garden, around 3 km north of the coastal village of Ses Covetes. There are restaurants and a small supermarket here. The pretty Platja ses Covetes is just over 6 kilometres away. The journey from the villa to Palma de Mallorca Airport takes around 35 minutes.
