Cosy and bright three-room apartment plus laundry room in the historic centre of Baveno. The flat is 100 metres from the lake and all necessary services. It has recently been renovated. The house is located in a quiet and pedestrian area. My guests will have the whole house at their disposal. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a bathroom equipped with WC, shower and sink. Going up the internal staircase you have access to the kitchen (equipped with all crockery from breakfast to dinner, gas cooker, electric oven, fridge and freezer) and living room with TV and sofa. On the same floor there is a balcony with a view of the old town with table and chairs. Going up to the third floor you reach the sleeping area, with a double bed and full bathroom. Laundry room with iron, washing machine and possibility to store bicycles in an enclosed room. Wonderful natural light enters from the balconies.
