This holiday apartment in a building facing Lake Garda is in the pedestrian area of Gardone Riviera. Imagine yourself sitting at the table, while you accompany your dishes with fine olive oil and excellent wine, typical products of the area, while your gaze extends to infinity because before your eyes there is only the blue of the sky and of Lake Garda that blend together. This could already be a great reason to stay here, but to this we add the comfort of the apartment, furnished with extreme care by the owner, enriched with art objects and full of small attentions for the guest, the proximity to the lake and to the its beaches (Rimbalzello beach at 50 m) and being in the center of the charming village of Gardone, from which you can walk to Salò, or to the Vittoriale (a complex of buildings, streets, squares, with the open air theater with theatrical and musical festival in summer, gardens and waterways built between 1921 and 1938), or the fantastic botanical garden of André Heller. A few meters from the accommodation leave boats to reach the island of Garda or the other charming shores. Lake Garda offers the perfect holiday setting: beach life, walks, delicious restaurants, historic villages and a wide selection of sports, ranging from water sports (surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and diving) to those on two wheels (dense is the network of cycle paths and mountain bike trails, all signposted). But Lake Garda also offers fabulous theme parks where you can spend a whole day of fun and relaxation in the many thermal centers of Sirmione (30 km). The car park at 100 m is against payment, a free parking lot is at 500 m distance. The location of the accommodation follows a separate collection program with door-to-door collection.

    “Jättefin och fräsch lägenhet med gott om plats. Välutrustat kök. Underbart läge med utsikt över Gardasjön!! Lite bullrigt emellanåt på morgnarna då sopbil och annat lever om. Återkommer gärna!”

    “Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial! Sehr ruhig gelegen und direkt am See. Die Wohnung war sauber und bestens ausgestattet (abgesehen von einem defekten Kinderbett). Die Abwicklung im Buchungsprozess empfanden wir etwas umständlich und unnötig kompliziert. Die Kommunikation vor Ort, insbesondere bei Organisation der Schlüsselübergabe, ist ebenfalls etwas umständlich, da es kaum Verständigungsmöglichkeiten gab (die Dame sprach leider nur italienisch, so dass man sich auch nicht in englisch verständigen konnte- schwierig, da man 30 Minuten vor Ankunft die Dame anrufen soll. Es sind diverse Formulare vor Ort auszufüllen, bei denen nicht unbedingt klar ist, was man da ausfüllt und sie konnte es einem auch nicht erklären. Ebenso kann man auch nicht hinsichtlich Kaution (bzw. auch eine in unserem Fall reduzierte Rückzahlung der Kaution) diskutieren. Wir sind mit Kind verreist und haben uns auch für diese Wohnung entschieden, weil ein Kinderbett verfügbar war. Dieses war aber leider defekt und unbrauchbar. Auch nach Korrespondenz mit dem eigentlichen Vermieter vor Ort, gab es keinerlei Rückmeldung über die weitere Vorgehensweise. Ein neues Kinderbett wurde leider nicht bereitgestellt. Empfehlung für reisende Eltern: Reisebett mitnehmen und sich mit ein paar italienischen Vokabeln wappnen!”
