Four-star ground-floor apartment with a sun terrace and awning, suitable for guests with restricted mobility, as there is just one small step at the front door

The 67m² light ground-floor apartment is in the tranquil Halsenbach in the Hunsrück region.

The living room provides satellite TV and radio and a CD player. There is also a combined bedroom and living room with a single bed (90 x 200cm) and an armchair bed, as well as a second satellite TV. This room is an ideal retreat, for reading or simply relaxing. The bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a big window provides plenty of storage space and is light and sunny. The living room and bedroom look out at the garden. The walk-in shower, big washbasin and WC are connected to the double bedroom via a door. The guest WC with a small washbasin is in the hallway. The kitchen provides many cupboards and a cosy dining corner, and is equipped with everything you need on a daily basis, such as tea towels, a modern electric stove, a dishwasher, a fridge with a little freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine and a kettle.

The particularly beautiful garden, which cannot be looked into, is ideal for relaxing. There are various seating areas, in the shade or in the sun, with or without a parasol. The terrace with deckchairs and armchairs is especially cosy. An awning can be pulled out. This terrace adjoins the living room. The parking space is in the courtyard right in front of the door. The apartment is accessed up one small step at the front door, so it is also suitable for those with restricted mobility.

There is oil central heating in all rooms, except the guest WC, but it is warm as it adjoins the hallway. There is plenty of reading material available about the many recreational activities in the area. Bookworms can also browse the numerous books. Free wireless Internet access is available. Your hosts live on the first floor of the very quiet house. On arrival a little gift awaits you and there are fresh flowers in every room. Your hosts are happy to assist with any queries.

There will not be a dull moment, as the world cultural heritage area of the Central Rhine, the Moselle, the Nahe and Lahn, the charming Koblenz, many castles and lovely valleys such as Baybachtal, Ehrbachklamm are all within easy access. The many fabulous circuits, the Saar-Hunsrück-Steig trail and the Schinderhannes cycle path are all nearby. The nearest bus stop is just a short distance away. There are hourly buses to Koblenz. Boppard, the pearl by the Rhine, is accessible via the lovely Hunsrück rail connection from the Halsenbach-Ehr train station. If you would like to get to the starting point of a hike, then your hosts can take you there by car. The nearest supermarket is in the climatic spa town of Emmelshausen a two-minute drive from the apartment.
