Cosy attic apartment with a fireplace stove
This holiday apartment of around 70m² with a separate entrance and in the attic of a two-family house is in the western Sauerland, in the Hälvertal, by the edge of a forest.
The apartment has two bedrooms each with two beds. There is also an additional sofa bed in a separate room. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. A fireplace stove in the living room exudes pleasant warmth. Firewood is available.
Schalksmühle offers very good hiking and mountain biking possibilities, in some cases starting right by the site. Many reservoir lakes invite you to go swimming and enjoy water sports in summer. In winter there are cross-country skiing trails and other winter sports in the area. The centre with shops is about 2km away. Schalksmühle has its own train station. The motorway is about ten minutes away, so the Siegerland and the Ruhr area with its many recreational facilities are easy to get to. You can go on a shopping spree in the centre of Lüdenscheid with its widely-known Sterncenter, even in bad weather.
