The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, fire place and court.

Vodice. The holiday apartement is located on a 500 sqm, closed plot with flowers, limited by a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 9 cars) on the property and a parking lot in the village (guarded).
