The camping area of Sandersvig is open from Easter to mid-September. It is just 300 metres away and houses a shop, swimming pool, tennis courts and a playground with jumping cushion. Southeast of the house is an 8 hectare, fenced deer garden. Hejlsminde, which is located near the Little Belt, is surrounded by beautiful nature. The resort also has a beautiful marina. In the vicinity there are good biking and hiking trails that lead through beautiful nature. Not far from Hejlsminde are Skamlingsbanken, Christiansfeld (famous for honey cake, ornamental fireplace and salami). Kolding also offers many experiences for families with children and art enthusiasts. Do visit the Trapholt Museum. There is also a games park, which offers free entry. Also a large shopping centre in Kolding invites you for a stroll. As many houses are under construction in this holiday home area, you can expect some construction noise.
