Holiday House in Zimmert with Private Parking

Bullerbü by the Schlei. You can relax straight away here. The cosy Swedish house is quietly and idyllically situated on a farm in Schwansen, a peninsula between the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. You can leave everyday life far behind.

In front of the house facing south there is a terrace with garden furniture, two loungers and a parasol. There is a grill area on site that you can share use of.

The house of around 90m² has four big rooms. The ground floor has a very well-equipped living room-kitchen with a new built-in kitchen, plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, stove with a ceramic hob and an oven, and a dishwasher. It also a dining table with six chairs, three armchairs by the Danish fireplace stove and satellite TV. The living room has a comfortable additional sofa bed with a Latex mattress (for a potential sixth guest), two armchairs and a second sofa, satellite TV, a stereo system and a table with four chairs. There are two bedrooms in the attic each with a double bed (180 x 200cm) with very good mattresses. One bedroom has a third satellite TV, the second bedroom has an additional single bed. Plenty of storage space is available. The bathroom on the ground floor has a big shower.

It is about 3km to the Schlei with the idyllic Sieseby and about 12km to the Baltic Sea town of Eckernförde. It is a similar distance to Kappeln, known through the TV series ‘Der Landarzt’.

    “Wir drei Erwachsenen mit zwei Hunden haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und möchten auch gerne wieder kommen. Positiv: Die ruhige, idyllische Lage mit viel Natur. Sehr nette Vermieter. Die tierischen Hofbewohner.”

    “Alles in Allem haben wir uns in dem Ferienhaus recht wohl gefühlt und konnten uns gut erholen. Es ist sehr idyllisch gelegen und als Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren in die Umgebung der Schlei und an die Ostsee gut geeignet. Allerdings ist man zum Essen gehen immer auf ein Auto angewiesen, da es in Zimmert selber nichts gibt. Und in Rieseby gibt es nur ein Italienisches Lokal das wegen Umbau geschlossen hat und einen Schnellimbiss.
    In der Tat kann man hier recht günstig in einem kleinen Ferienhaus unterkommen, vielleicht könnte man an den Details noch ein wenig feilen...

    Das war wirklich wie Ferien in Bullerbü ;) Positiv: - freundliche Vermieter
    - herrliche Ruhe (außer wenn in den frühen Morgenstunden die Hähne auf dem Hof und im Ort krähen)
    - kein Straßenverkehr
    - großer eingezäunter Garten mit Apfelbäumen
    - sehr gute Betten
    - ordentlich ausgestattete Küche Negativ: - Gartenmöbel verschmutzt
    - Fenster im Erdgeschoss teils sehr schmutzig
    - Renovierungsbedarf im Eingangsbereich
    - ständig unbeaufsichtigt freilaufende Hunde, zwar freundlich aber sehr aufdringlich, der Jüngere sprang nicht nur an uns sondern sogar am Auto hoch (einige Kratzer blieben zurück)
    - Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett konnten wir nicht finden
    - der Grill ist sehr klein und verschmutzt (steht rostend auf der Terasse)
    - die Internetverbindung war entweder langsam oder sehr langsam”
