Holiday house near the beach, with two apartments, a terrace and a garden with a pool
The holiday house is in a residential district in Stinjan, a quiet suburb of Pula. It is only about 700 metres to the nearest beach.
The upper apartment has a roofed balcony, while the lower apartment has a mostly roofed terrace. Both areas face the garden, which has a private pool, sun loungers and garden furniture, a pergola and a grill. The site is fenced. Several private parking spaces are available. The owner offers bicycle hire (payable).
The accommodation comprises two independent apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The lower floor provides 70m² of space for six people, while the upper floor of 90m² is somewhat larger and is also suitable for six people. Both apartments consist of a kitchen, a living and dining room, a bathroom and two bedrooms with double beds (three of which measure 180 x 200cm, and one of 160 x 200cm). One of the upper bedrooms also has a single bed (80 x 190cm). The living rooms each have a sofa bed (200 x 200cm and 200 x 160cm), so that a total of twelve people can be accommodated. Free wireless Internet access is available.
The nearest grocery shop is just 200 metres away. You can also walk to a restaurant (ca. 400 m) or the beach (ca. 700m). The town of Stinjan is surrounded by the sea on three sides and has several swimming bays. There are plenty of options for water sports enthusiasts, hikers, joggers or cyclists. Pula, very much worth seeing, is a 7-minute drive away (4.5km). This town with its history spanning about 3000 years has many buildings to visit, such as the famous amphitheatre from Roman times, the Augustus Temple, or the fortification wall with its town gates. Another popular trip destination is the Brijuni Islands National Park. Towns such as Rovinj, Porec, Medulin, Rabac and Opatija are easy to get to. In the inland area, towns such as Kamenjak, Motovun, Oprtalj, Grošnjan, Lim, Svetvincenat or Labin are worth a visit.
