It is very close to the beach, quietly situated on a residential street with little traffic in the Crnopalj area.
Whether you are a couple or a family, it provides the right accommodation for everyone. Each apartment has comfortable and modern furnishing. The charming décor makes the cosy atmosphere complete. Each apartment has air conditioning in the living room that can also be used for heating. Satellite TV, a DVD player, a radio and Wi-Fi are available, along with many other extras such as a hairdryer, iron, safe, towels, bed linen, shower gel.
A grill is available to all house guests. The centrepiece of the property is of course the 30m² communal swimming pool, inviting you to take a refreshing dip. The pool landscape has an outdoor shower. The garden can also be used by all guests. There are parking spaces by the house and you can use the host’s washing machine on request for a fee.
The property is about a 5 to 10-minute walk from the centre, shops and restaurants. The sea with concrete lounger areas is about 150 metres away. The picturesque fishing village Novigrad is in the fjord-like influence of the Novigrad sea. A medieval castle rises above it, rich in history. The vibrant metropolis Zadar with its old town that is worth seeing is about 30 minutes away by car. You can drive to the Paklenica, Krka waterfalls, Kornati and Plitvice Lakes national parks within 30-90 minutes. The nearby river Zrmanja (20 minutes) offers a wonderful rafting area for active holiday-makers. Jeep safaris and hiking tours are available in the nearby Velebit mountains.
