This rustic villa is located in the small town of Ljutići, not far from Malinska on the island of Krk, in a beautiful setting of Mediterranean plants and an autochthonous local atmosphere. Close to the beaches and the sea, yet far enough away from the city, noise and crowds, it offers an opportunity for maximum relaxation and rest. It is suitable for families with children because it is located off all roads in a completely peaceful environment. A fenced yard, a swimming pool and a nice children's playground provide guaranteed entertainment for your children while you relax with a barbecue and excellent local wines. The beautiful coastal nature, beaches, old towns and restaurants of the island of Krk will fill your time and you will want to return again and again to our golden island. Villa Casa Tua offers accommodation for a maximum of 12 and optimally 10 people, it has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, dining room and one separate bedroom with two separate beds (90 x 90 cm), a spacious bathroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor of the house there are three bedrooms, one of which is a comfortable master bedroom with a large double bed (180 x 200 cm) and an additional bed for two people, one smaller room with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a suite room with a double bed. bed and private bathroom.
