On the first floor is the spacious living area with fireplace and terraces and on the 1st floor the bedrooms with balconies: from everywhere you can enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Trasimeno. Your vacation home is situated on a hillside property with a small oak forest, where you will find shady places even in high summer. Various stairs lead through the wood down to the pool and the common tennis court. In addition to the beautiful lake, where you will find equipped beaches everywhere, it is worth visiting the fascinating small art cities of Perugia, Arezzo and Siena, all with a variety of sights, art treasures and museums, and where it is also worth a stroll through the small characteristic streets and across the piazza. Near the house there is a campsite with a music bar. A road runs nearby.
