Here you will occupy part of a semi-detached house with separate entrance, located in the countryside near Castellamare di Stabia and only 2 km from the beach. Surrounded by nature, this accommodation offers a splendid panoramic position overlooking the sea, Vesuvius and the shipyard. This is the ideal solution for large families and groups who want to spend their vacations together. At your disposal are two equipped terraces and stone barbecue for pleasant and relaxing moments outdoors, a garden with flower beds and lamps. The small town of Castellamare has an excellent position, as it is located in the center of the Gulf of Naples. It is famous for its thermal baths (28 springs), pizzerias and restaurants with excellent fish dishes. From the marina you can take a ferry to reach Vico Equenso, Sorrento or the fascinating island of Capri. Visitors can also rent a private boat or take a private tour around the Gulf of Sorrento, Amalfi or Capri. For an exciting full-day excursion, there are several tourist attractions and historical sites: The "Reggia di Quisisana", a former royal residence just 500 meters away; The archaeological site at Stabiae near Varano (4 km); The archaeological sites at Pompei and Ercolano (10 minutes by car); The thermal baths at Vico Equense 5 km, Sorrento 15 km, Positano 26 km, Vietri sul Mare 28 km, Salerno 32 km, Amalfi 32 km, Naples and Capodichino airport 33 Km. At 1.5 km railroad connection "Circumvesuviana" with connections to Naples and Sorrento and cable car to Mount Faito (1,131 m), a paradise for nature and trekking lovers with its many nature trails. Parking for one car on the property (standard size, no SUV's). A second car can be parked near the house in an unattended parking lot. The house is arranged on two levels, connected by an outdoor staircase, and has thermal fireplace and ceiling fans.
