The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house built in 1997, was renovated in 2014 and is furnished in a typical country style. For shared use, the following are available: children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities and garden furniture.

Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years of age. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.

Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 8 m, depth 1,4 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from mid of May to the end of September.
