Lovely Holiday Apartment in Swantow with Various Garden and Extensive View

The manor house and its guest house are situated in the small and very quiet village Swantow, formerly a significant Slavic site, on the old country road between Altefähr and Zudar in the sunny south of Rügen with gentle waves.

The very light and exclusively furnished holiday apartment for 2-3 persons is on the first floor of the guest house, next to the main building, and has its own separate entrance with a hallway and space for coats and shoes. Stairs lead to the entrance to the living room with an open fireplace, sofa bed, the dining space and the open kitchen. The bedroom is for 2 people. The generous bathroom has two washbasins and a big shower. The WC is separate next to the upper entrance. All the necessary appliances and utensils are provided, such as a TV, radio, safe, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, electric stove with a ceramic hob and oven, an extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge with a freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, plenty of crockery and cutlery. On the ground floor next to the hallway, a door leads into the laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

The apartment has its own storage room in the garden for bicycles and other recreational equipment. There are two car parking spaces. On the 16m² terrace with a table and various garden chairs you can enjoy sunshine from midday to sunset and a charming view of the park-like garden and over wide fields and meadows.

Arrival day is Saturday. Other days may be possible on request.

1.8km away there is the new sailing yacht harbour Puddemin with a boat slipway, the fishing club and a restaurant/café with a big terrace. Garz, the oldest and at the same time smallest town on Rügen is 3.5km away, with gastronomic establishments, a supermarket, a bakery and cake shop, pharmacy, medical practices etc. The Schloss Karnitz golf course is about 8km from our house. It measures 106 hecares with a 9-hole short course (public course), as well as an 18-hold championship course (challenge course). You can play leisurely and stress-free golf here in a fabulous landscape with a lovely clubhouse, good gastronomy and an extensive view over the island. Back in 1294 there was already a little church here. The present-day village church St. Stephanus was built in 1469. Parts of its foundations consist of large finds that presumably originated from the old site. The village consists of 10 houses.
