This ground floor apartment is located only 600 meters from Bahía de Cabo Roig and close to Cala Capitan, two beautiful sandy beaches. It is easily accessible from the airports in Alicante (50 km) and Murcia (50 km). Several golf courses from 6 to 25 Km around. The apartment is located in a close community.

The 60m² apartment accommodates four people. It boasts a huge living room with an open kitchen, dining area and accommodates a two beds ( 90 x 190 cm). The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, queen size (150 x 190 cm). The bathroom has a tub, a shower, a toilet, and a bidet. The apartment does not have wifi. The open-plan kitchen is furnished with an induction stove, an oven, a refrigerator, filter coffee, and a kettle. Furthermore, a washing machine is placed in the open kitchen. The apartment has one split air conditioning unit. The air conditioner/inverter unit provides heating too.

From the living room you have access to a beautiful covered terrace with direct street access within the closed community. The terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture. The community has two pools which area open year round. The pools areas boasts outdoor showers and sun shades. One parking position is available besides the building free of charge and located inside the closed community.

The apartment is suited for seasonal renting. La Zenia Shopping Mall in the vicinity.

There are many hiking and bicycle trails along the coast. It is only 600 meters to the beautiful sandy beach. Shops, restaurants and bars can be found in the vicinity.
