Das Ferienhaus liegt direkt hinter dem Deich und ist unter den nähesten 10 Häusern zum Strand geführt. Es liegt nicht in einem Ferienhaus - Gebiet.



Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in Nessmersiel auf einem 720 qm großen Grundstück mit Südterrasse und unverbauter Aussicht. Es handelt sich um eine geräumige, hochwertig ausgestattete Doppelhaushälfte (ca. 90 qm) für bis zu 6 Pers. (5 Erw. + Kleinkind). Das Haus ist für Allergiker geeignet (Nichtraucher, keine Haustiere) und liegt in 1a-Lage direkt am Deich, nur wenige Gehminuten von Hafen und Strand entfernt. Bäcker, Kiosk und Supermarkt befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. - In wenigen Sekunden stehen Sie auf dem Deich und können mit Blick aufs Meer und die Inseln Norderney, Baltrum und Langeoog einen Spaziergang machen. Kinder finden in der Nähe mehrere Spielplätze.
