Cosy Little Beautiful House for max. 4 persons

This Cozy Little Beautiful House is located in the region of Kvarner bay - in Oštro near Kraljevica/Crikvenica. The house is located near the sea and a semi private road leads to it. It is very suitable for a holiday with the family or for a couple. Excellent location for exploring island of Krk, a visit to Plitvice Lakes or enjoy in our beautiful riviera.



This fully equipped house can acommodate up to 4 persons. We recommend the car. The main entrance to the house leads across the terrace on the first floor through which you can see the sea. Here you can find the bathroom with a toilet and a shower and two bedrooms, one sleeping and one living room with which can be used as sleeping room as it has a sleep couch/sofa. Bedroms have a wood flooring, an overhead-ventilator in a sleeping room and air conditioner in a living room.



This small house with a lovely garden and with plenty of trees and flowers near sea (50m) offers a very pleasant vacation.

With outside stairs you'll arrive to the ground floor where is a kitchen with all necessary equipment. In front of the kitchen there is a big terrace with dining table and woden garden chairs all covered with a parasol. The shaded garden is ideal for barbecuing and socialising. You can enjoy in the outdoor shower. The owners usually come once in the week for watering gras and flowers. We also asked our guests to watering the flowers and lawns in their free time.



Two bicycles are at your disposal for use during your stay and also free Internet. It is possible to provide guests with a buoy for mooring the boat up to 6m at an additional cost



The environment is very quiet. In Kraljevica there are larger supermarkets, a fishmonger, a butcher shop, bars and a pizzeria,while in the camp Oštro you also have bars and restaurants and a small supermarket.

    “Man bekommt sehr viel für's Geld, sehr empfehlenswert. Positiv: Das Haus ist in einer super Lage, hervorragend ausgestattet und sauber. Die Eigentümer sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Restaurant: Konoba Remember - Das Restaurant befindet sich ca 250 Meter vom Mietobjekt. Man sitzt gemütlich draußen mit Seeblick. Die deutschen Pächter sind freundlich, das Essen ist sehr gut. Ausflüge: Opatija ist immer eine Reise wert. - Ein Hauch aus der K u K Zeit. Der Fischmarkt ist ein Muss.”

    “Positiv: Es war alles mehr als perfekt! Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub.
    Das Ferienhaus hat eine wunderschöne Lage mit privatem Zugang zum Meer. Das war wunderbar, so schnell und einfach zum Meer zu kommen. Durch den privaten Zugang waren wir fast immer alleine am Strand - es sind Felsbuchten mit teilweise betonierten kleinen Flächen und Einstiegen ins Meer - die von den Kindern für Entdeckungen aller Art, Schnorcheln, Krebse beobachten, kleinere Fische fangen super geeignet waren. Zum Schwimmen herrlich klares Wasser und auch abends ein traumhafter Ausblick.
    Überall wächst Meerfenchel, den wir uns regelmäßig zum Abendessen gepflückt haben.
    Räumlichkeiten und Ausstattung waren sehr sauber und gepflegt, es war alles vorhanden was wir gebraucht haben.
    Ein großer schöner Garten und eine große Terasse mit zahlreichen Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten in der Sonne oder im Schatten laden zum Verweilen und Ausruhen ein. Zum Erfrischen nach dem Baden steht eine Gartendusche zur Verfügung, die wir gerne genutzt haben.
    Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr geräumig, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass wir uns gut selbst versorgen und auch ausschweifender kochen konnten.
    In der näheren Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und viel zu sehen, historische Sehenswürdigkeiten, Lost Places, Städte zum Einkaufsbummel, lokale Märkte mit Obst, Gemüse, Fisch, Kräutern, und anderen lokalen Produkten. Auch eine Immortellen-Farm auf Krk haben wir besucht.
    Die Vermieter waren supernett und sehr zuvorkommend! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, es hat alles super geklappt mit der Schlüsselübergabe, wir bekamen erst mal eine Erfrischung bei unserer Ankunft und in den Tagen darauf zum Geburtstag sogar einen selbergebackenen Kuchen, vielen lieben Dank noch einmal dafür!!! Und auch zum Abschied haben die Vermieter uns und die Kinder noch einmal mit einem Geschenk überrascht.
    Vielen herzlichen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub, wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt in ihrem schönen Häuschen und werden gerne wieder kommen und Sie sehr gerne weiter empfehlen! DANKESCHÖN”
