Situated in a tranquil residential area of Alhaurín de la Torre, this villa offers proximity to the beach along with numerous supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and bars.

This impressive villa, accommodating up to 10 people, boasts 700m2 of living space on a 3000m2 plot, ensuring comfort and coziness.

Featuring 4 bedrooms, the main floor houses three of them. The first bedroom, generously sized and bathed in natural light, includes a 140 x 200cm bed and a single bed (90x190cm), complete with built-in mirrored wardrobes, expansive windows, air conditioning, heating, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

The second bedroom, with a 140 x 200cm bed, offers scenic views of the property's park and the valley, along with fitted wardrobes and climate control. The third bedroom features a 140 x 200cm bed and a single bed (90x190cm), boasting built-in wardrobes and large windows leading to a small balcony.

Additionally, the main floor hosts a fully equipped, spacious bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and an office area for your convenience.

The living-dining area, divided by a charming fireplace (decorative only), provides a comfortable sofa, TV, high-speed internet (300 MB fiberoptics), and an impressive spiral staircase. The dining section offers a table for 10 people and large windows with direct access to the expansive terrace, offering breathtaking views of the garden and the Guadalhorce valley.

For those occasional culinary endeavours, the modern and practical kitchen (renovated in May 2023) comes equipped with all essential appliances including a microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, extractor fan, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, and ample storage space.

But wait, there's more! This floor also features a second well-equipped kitchen (beer tap not available), a toilet, a bathroom with a shower, a lounge area with a comfortable sofa overlooking the pool, a disco area with lighting and speakers throughout the house, a gym, and a laundry room with an iron and ironing board.

Additionally, for guests with mobility constraints, a ground-floor bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower eliminates the need for stairs. Private parking within the premises is available for multiple cars.
