Welcome to Uderns in the heart of the Zillertal! Our house is in a sunny location offers ideal conditions for your holiday with kids or with your dog. Enjoy your holiday with the whole family in our apartment Hannah in absolute center of Uderns in the Zillertal. You are welcome to spend your vacation with us. Your dog will be warmly welcomed with us too! Restaurants and shops as well as the railway station and bus station are max. 300 meters from our house.

Our 60 m2 large apartment Hannah has 2 bedrooms each with a bathroom with shower / WC, a kitchen (fully equipped with microwave, electric stove with oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, dishes), children highchair, cot and a large balcony terrace. Towels, bed linen and table linen are provided by us . Of course you can also use our free Wi-Fi. Your ski or golf equipment can be stored in our ski storage room. Of course we also offer plenty of car park.

In summer numerous hiking and biking trails lead you through both the valley and in the mountains right from our house. The outdoor pool and the Erlebnistherme Zillertal (thermal baths) are located only 1.9 km away. The new golf course Uderns Zillertal is ideal for your golf vacation. You can reach the golf course even on foot (900 m from the house).

In winter you reach our top ski resorts Hochfügen-Hochzillertal and Spieljoch with the free ski bus, which stops just 100 meters from our house. Non skiers find a toboggan run, ice-skating rink, winter hiking and cross- country tracks in our environment. The Erlebnistherme Zillertal offers recreation after an eventful day of skiing for young and old.

    “Positiv: Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die mitten in Uderns liegt. Bahnhof und Lebensmittelgeschäft in weniger als 5 min. zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommenden. Total freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Würden sie immer wieder mieten.”

    “Positiv: Groß, geräumig und liegt einfach gut zentral. Sehr schöner großer Balkon mit einer gemütlichen Sitzgruppe. Auch bei Regen kann man diesen problemlos benutzen. Uderns ist zwar ein touristisch eher unscheinbarer Ort, bietet aber auch in kulinarischer Hinsicht einige Möglichkeiten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Ein Auto ist nicht zwingend erforderlich, wenn man bereit ist, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zu nutzen. Wer gerne und viel Bergbahn fährt, sollte die Zillertal Acive-Card erwerben. Insbesondere Familien können mit dieser viel sparen. Negativ: Direkt gegenüber liegt ein Hotel. Man schaut auf drei Stockwerke in Zillertaler Architektur. Diese schauen allerdings auch auf die Wohnung zurück. Uns hat es kaum gestört, muss aber zumindest erwähnt werden. Freizeit: Penken- und Ahornbahn in Mayrhofen (sehr spektakulär)

    “Positiv: Wir waren 2 Wochen mit unserer erwachsenen Tochter in der schönen Wohnung. Alles, was man braucht, ist da (Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle etc.). Die Wohnung ist als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge gut gelegen, wenn ein Auto vorhanden ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und auch unser Hund war willkommen. Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht gerade billig, aber wir können sie wirklich weiterempfehlen. Vor allem, dass beide Schlafzimmer ein eigenes kleines Badezimmer haben sowie der grosse tolle Balkon mit Lounge und Esstisch sind ein grosses Plus.”
