The holiday apartment is located in a single-family home built in 1980, was renovated in 2021 and is furnished in a typical country style. Also due to its sunny location the domicile is popular. For shared use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, pavilion, garden furniture and Hollywood swing.

Balatonföldvár. The holiday apartement is located on a 800 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The house has BAL FOL 142 (lower apartment for 6 people) and BAL FOL 143 (upper apartment for 9 people). We are mainly looking for families with small children. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Facilities: internet access (WLAN), iron, washing machine and dryer. TV reception takes place via electric wire. German-speaking and English broadcasts
Pool
Outdoor pool (diameter 4.5 m, depth 1.2 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from mid of May to the end of September.
