"Residence Egger (n°202)", 2-room apartment 41 m2 on 1st floor. Bright, practical and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining nook and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with satellite TV. Small, open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating. Carpet. Balcony, south-east facing position. Balcony furniture. Panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: safe, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site except for local tax. Bedlinen, towels, final cleaning and all energy costs are included.

    “Gute Lage mit Blick auf die Dolomiten. Man guckt von der Ferienwohnung, die auf halber Höhe vom Berg liegt ins Eisacktal und die dahinter liegenden Dolomiten. Die Brennerautobahn fährt zwar dort entlang, ist aber nur durch ein entferntes Rauschen wahrnehmbar. Die Wohnung (14 Wohneinheiten im Haus) ist praktisch eingeräumt. Unsere befand sich auf der Gartenebende mit nur wenigen Schritten zum ca. 8x5m Pool (sehr sauber). Das zuständige Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.”

    “Ideale ligging, met terras en weids uitzicht over het landschap vanaf 880 meter op de vallei en de Dolomieten. Ruim grasveld en zwembad. Het appartement is ruim en goed ingericht. Alles was schoon. Gastvrijheid en service prima. We misten enkele essentiële voorwerpen, zoals beperkt keukengerei (opscheplepels, teiltje of emmer, wasknijpers, gelegenheid om was te drogen, ophanghaken). Als dat wordt aangevuld is alles prima. Goede bedden, zeer ruime en goed geoutilleerde badkamer. Eten in het naastgelegen hotel Egger kan alleen met reservering 's morgens. Het hotel is in eerste instantie voor groepen bestemd. Maar er zijn meer eetgelegenheden in het dorp.”

    “Zu beanstanden wäre lediglich die doch etwas dürftige Ausstattung der Küche, kein Salatbesteck, keine Salatschüssel usw., dafür erscheint mir die Ausstattung mit zwei Flachbildschirmen übertrieben.”
