Summer house with pool in old town

Terraced ground floor with front and rear terraces with mini pool. It enjoys an excellent location very close to the center of Can Picafort and the beach.

It has a capacity for 6 people compressing 3 double bedrooms (2 with a double bed and the other one with a bunk bed and a single bed), a very bright living room with fireplace, Sat-TV. and air conditioning, 1 full bathroom with shower and separate toilet, and a fully renovated kitchen with all utensils and appliances (oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc.) to help you with housework during your stay. It has Wi-Fi.

Ideal for an entertaining family vacation. Thanks to its rear outdoor area with a mini-pool ideal for children and sun loungers where you can make the most of the pleasure of life outdoors.

Recommended for a family holiday close to the tourist center and the beach.

The main terrace of 25 m2 is covered, offers spectacular sea views and is equipped with a relaxing sofa corner, and chairs and table for 6. Sliding windows leave it up to you if you want to open or close this completely glazed terrace. Connected to the terrace you have an additional shower room. Another front terrace of 10 m2 is furnished with table, chairs and two sun loungers. A barbecue with volcanic stones guarantees wonderful evening BBQ´s

On a lower terrace you find a shower and bikes to enjoy a ride along the coastline.

Can Picafort is one of the most popular tourist areas of Mallorca. Its beaches, awarded the blue flag of the FEE (Foundation for Environmental Education ) extend along nearly 9 miles of coastline, are of fine white sand and are equipped with all amenities.
The offer for leisure is extensive, with numerous bars, restaurants, clubs, sports, etc. and with all the facilities: supermarkets, pharmacies, public swimming pool ... close to the neighborhood, so you don’t need to move.
From the village, you can reach any point on the island. The Parc Natural de s’Albufera is a few miles cycling, like the Parc of the public estate of Son Real (unique natural landscape riddled with archaeological sites), which is accessible along the coast, walking, cycling or horse riding.
A bus line connects Can Picafort to Puerto Alcudia, the Roman walled town of Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa, Pollenca, Inca and Palma, the capital.
