Location: the villa lies on the Tyrrheanian coast about 60 km from Messina on a green hill facing the Eolian Islands with an exciting and diversified view. It is situated in a dominant position with a terrace from which you can admire a wonderful sea panorama starting from the Gulf of Patti over Cape Milazzo and ending with the Eolian Islands. It is surrounded by the green of the hundreds of years old olive-, almond-, lemon trees and furthermore by the typical Mediterranean maquis. Perfect for a healthy holiday, it offers two advantages, one, the nearby clean Tyrrheanian Sea and second the possibility to relax in the fresh countryside far away from city stress. The coast consists of a series of rocks and valleys on the transparent blue sea forming countless sand beaches. Some of them are reachable only by boat

    “Excellent location with gorgeous view of the Patti bay and the Aeolien Islands. Beautiful terrasse. Very quiet. Nice welcome from the owner who lives on site. We had an excellent stay and recommend the place. My only advice (and the only reason not to put a "5") would be to improve the furniture (rudimentary sofa) and kitchenware (no oven dish , no tray, no toaster, no press fruit ...). Car is mandatory.”

    “Vue exceptionnelle depuis une terrasse très agréable et spacieuse. Propriétaire trés acceuillant et sympathique. L'appartement possède une climatisation avec supplément (bien pour les nuits lorsqu'il fait trés chaud).

    Les points négatifs sont : l'éloignement des commerces (env 3 ou 4 km) et route très pentue donc environ 10 minutes de trajet en voiture pour la plage ou les commerces (mais c'est aussi grâce à celà que la vue est superbe). Deuxième point: la litérie du canapé-BZ dans le séjour est catastrophique et l'équipement en vaisselle et plat dans la cuisine est réduit au strict minimum. (par exemple pas de plat allant au four) mais c'est les vacances et tout ça n'est pas très important. D'ailleurs, je suis sûre qu'il suffit d'en parler à Franco qui résoudra le problème!”
