The establishment comprises two independent gîtes, with only the car park shared. On the spot you will enjoy a garden with a private swimming pool (4,2x2,35 m, depth 1.50m), a terrace with barbecue. The gîte is on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a dining area with barbecue and garden furniture. On the first floor there are 2 large air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a 180/200 bed. Shower room with Italian shower. Separate toilet. Living room, fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a veranda with view on the gardens. The village is ideally located near many sites such as the Abbeys of Fontfroide and Lagrasse. Narbonne, the Musée de la Romanité, Carcassonne and its Cité are 45 minutes away. The castles of the Cathar country are 30 minutes away. The fine sandy beaches of the Mediterranean are 30 minutes away.
