The pavilion is a detached single storey house on a former wine estate in the middle of nature, 2 kms from the village of Montlaur-Val de Dagne with a large enclosed shady garden. A magnificent 360 degree view over the garrigues and a wonderful sunset. The surface of the house is 80 m2 and includes a large living room with fireplace overlooking the garden, a dining area and an open kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed and the other with 2 100 cm beds and a bathroom (shower and bath). Swimming pool (12 x 6 m) to be shared with another gîte. Leisure facilities: swings, badminton, trampoline, table tennis Parking on the property. End of stay cleaning included. Sheets and towels included. Electric heating in supplement. Open from the end of March to the beginning of January. You are on the road to the remarkable village 15 km from Lagrasse, 17 km from the medieval city of Carcassonne, the castles of the Cathar country (Termes at 35 kms). Pedestrian and mountain bike rides, GR 36 nearby. Beaches less than an hour away.
