In the heart of the DOMAINE DE MONTLAUR in the Aude, the Maison du Village, the former house of the "ramonés", the people who used to take care of the horses. It opens onto a lovely walled garden (first prize in the Aude gardens) planted with cypress, olive and oleander trees. Bordered by a muscatel vine, a large lawn hosts a private swimming pool (12 meters x 3 meters) secured by a roller shutter, as well as an herb garden. With a surface area of 180 m2, the house can accommodate seven people and a small child. On the first floor there is a large living room with a fireplace (wood is provided), a fitted kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor there are four bedrooms (one 180 cm bed, one 160 cm bed, one 120 cm bed, two 90 cm beds and a child's bed), and a second bathroom. Open from March to the end of November. Cleaning at the end of the stay is compulsory (150 € to be paid on site to the owner).
