At the entrance to the DOMAINE DE MONTLAUR in the Aude, the Pavillon du Régisseur, the former house of the head of cultivation, opens through a large bay window onto a large terrace of 25 m2, overlooking a charming private garden with a herb garden. Below, a summer dining room shaded by a hundred-year-old lime tree. Restored by an architect in a minimalist style, the house, with a surface area of 80 m2, consists on the ground floor of a large living room with dining area and open kitchen, as well as an Italian shower room with separate toilet. A beautiful stone staircase leads to the first floor which has two bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds. Parking on the property. Guests of the Pavillon du Régisseur have access to the castle swimming pool (12 m x 6 m). Open from March to the end of November. Cleaning at the end of your stay is compulsory (110 € to be paid on site to the owner). The pet supplement is 17€/day, please contact the owner directly if the stay is less than 1 week.
