Our detached holiday home in the hamlet of "Tannenmühle" (on the way from the honey village of Seeg to the Allgäu Riviera Hopfensee) offers you an undisturbed holiday close to nature.
Enjoy both the covered sun terrace and the sunbathing lawn with a wonderful mountain view (actually priceless, but still included in the price) or use the numerous activity options in the area (with the integrated Königscard some are included in the price!).
Whether you are in the mood for boat tours or cycling, mountain railways or tobogganing, museums or fishing, shopping tours or hiking, paragliding or climbing, ice skating or horseback riding, ski tours or Kneipp therapy, balloon rides or swimming ... there is something for everyone and every season there is something and everything is just a stone's throw away from the Tannenmühle!

Your holiday home (75qm) is made up as follows: 1 living-dining room with Swedish stove, 1 kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom), 2 bathrooms (both with shower), 1 small living room with pull-out sofa bed , 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (downstairs 140x200, upstairs 90x200) ... all this on over 1000 square meters of land (with meadow and forest, surrounded by a stream).
In summer you can round off a day of swimming (in one of the surrounding lakes) with a barbecue on the terrace...
In winter, after your skiing and cross-country skiing tours, you can warm up by the cozy wood-burning stove (wood is freely available) ... (Otherwise with central heating for the underfloor heating and the radiators.)
Even if the weather is bad, you won't get bored here: well-known and unknown parlor games are available to you. As well as an fiber optic connection ...
Eating is a need, enjoying is an art! This should not be missing on vacation! With us you have a particularly well-equipped kitchen: raclette, fondue (meat + cheese), crêpes maker, sandwich maker, 4 coffee machines of your choice, food processor etc. round off the basic stove equipment with oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and sodastream.
A regional bakery and cheese dairy are within walking distance, ideal for breakfast and snacks! As well as a 24-hour accessible food vending machine, which is stocked by an organic farm and thus covers basic needs (particularly interesting when you arrive).
We also offer you a locked garage for your vehicle, bicycles and ski equipment.
Pets are welcome at an additional cost: 7 €/pet/day (pet equipment included: dog bed, dog bow etc.l).
Our house is also equipped with toddler needs (cot with bedding, baby bath, high chair, play mat): 20 € p.stay.

- A deposit of 200 € is due one week after booking, the balance + 100 € deposit please transfer up to 4 weeks before arrival. You will receive the account details from the host after booking.

- Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Up to 14 days before arrival 50%. Later cancellations will be charged with 80% of the total price.

- Arrival time: from 3 p.m.

- Departure time: until 11 a.m.

- The keys are handed over contactlessly via Keybox, the code is provided by the landlord.

- Pets (dogs + cats) are allowed with an extra charge of 7€ per pet/night. A maximum of 3 dogs are allowed.

- A baby equipment is available for a flat rate of €20 (cot with bed linen, high chair, baby bath and playmat)

- Tourist tax of €1.95 per person/day (from 16 years, 6-15 years €0.90 per person/day, up to 5 years free of charge) must be transferred in addition to the invoice amount.

- A deposit of €100.00 must be paid.

- Services included: Gas, water, electricity and final cleaning, WiFi, wood for the stove, towels (1 shower towel, 1 beach towel, 1 normal towel per person/week), bed linen (beds already made), washing-up utensils (sponge, brush, tea towels, washing-up liquid) , parking lot will be provided
